Fortune Debit Card or ATM card

Use your Fortune Debit Card in place of checks wherever you see the MasterCard symbol. There is no fee for purchases made with your card and no interest or finance charges since purchases are deducted right from your checking account. There is no need to carry a checkbook, just save the receipts to record later. If your card is lost or stolen, just notify us promptly and you won’t be responsible for any unauthorized purchases or transactions.You can withdraw cash, transfer money, or check balances at any ATM with the MasterCard or Star symbol. At some ATMs you will incur fees but most FortuneBank accounts include some free ATM transactions at foreign (non FortuneBank) ATMs. At a FortuneBank ATM there is never a fee.

If your FortuneBank ATM or Debit card has been lost or stolen, please contact a Personal Banker at 636-464-9003 immediately during banking hours. After hours and on weekends, please call 800-528-2273.

Please contact a Personal Banker to order a new card. There will be a $5.00 replacement card fee that will be deducted from your account. Your new card will be mailed to you within 7-14
days.
